DM appeared as a presenter at the 1998 VH1 fashion awards and was nominated for best personal style - male category. Damn he lost to Chris Rock? What were they thinking. Sigh. Next year, Dylan. There was a buttless pants joke he was forced to tell with Selma Hayek and she looked appreciatively at his backside.
Dylan was on Regis & Kathy Lee on Oct. 2, 1998 to promote The Practice. Regis asked him about Julia Roberts, Dylan dodged that diplomatically. He said he was out on the town with the guys the nite before and will be in NYC for his bday this month. He said his character in Three to Tango is a sushi-eating bad guy.

Dylan appeared on "The View" June 2, 1998. The women on the show oohed and aahed. He was adorably bashful. He was asked if he could do something illegal what would he do. He said clone his daughter Colette. I believe firmly that if one man such as this exists there is hope for us out there to find the one for us. He said before Shiva he always was pursued by women he dated. But with Shiva he walked into a coffee shop near Venice Beach and he knew instantly. Sigh, such are the things dreams are made of!
